1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Client

  • Free Cancellations: Clients may cancel their appointment at least 6 hours before the scheduled time without any charges.
  • Late Cancellations: If a cancellation is made less than 6 hours before the appointment, a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service will be charged.
  • No-Show Policy: If the client is unavailable at the scheduled time without prior notice, the full amount will be charged, and no refund will be provided.

Cancellation by Soolo Beauty Salon

  • If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible.
  • If a suitable rescheduling option is not available, clients will be eligible for a full refund for prepaid services.

2. Refund Policy

Service-Related Refunds

  • No Refunds for Completed Services: Due to the nature of our beauty services, we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed.
  • Unsatisfactory Service: If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us immediately so we can address the issue. Refunds will only be considered if there was a service failure.
  • Allergy or Skin Reactions: Clients are responsible for informing us of any allergies or skin sensitivities before booking. We are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.

Prepaid Services and Packages

  • Refunds for prepaid service packages will only be issued under exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
  • Any partially used service package or membership is non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may reschedule their appointment at least 6 hours before the scheduled time without any additional charges.
  • Rescheduling within 6 hours of the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and may incur a 50% charge.
