- Soolo Beauty Salon provides home beauty services in Dubai.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if any inappropriate behavior is observed.
2. Booking and Payment
- Advance Booking: We recommend booking appointments in advance to ensure availability.
- Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments. Full payment is required before or at the time of service.
- Pricing: Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 6 hours before the scheduled time.
- Late cancellations (less than 6 hours) will incur a 50% charge.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount.
- Refunds are not available once the service has been completed.
4. Service Policy
- Clients must ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our staff during home service visits.
- We are not responsible for any allergic reactions due to undisclosed skin conditions.
- Clients are expected to arrive or be available on time for their booked service.

- We do not guarantee specific results, as beauty treatments may vary depending on individual factors.
